Never forget to follow up on WhatsApp again
Schedule your own messages, keep private notes on every contact, and never lose track of who needs a reply — all inside the WhatsApp Web you already use.
Everything you need
Built for how you actually use WhatsApp
No bulk messaging, no bots pretending to be you — just the tools a real conversation needs.
Write it once, pick the date and time, and Wa Web Hero sends it for you — even if WhatsApp Web isn't open at that moment.
Notes, labels, and to-dos attached to each contact — visible only to you, right next to the conversation.
Set a reminder on any chat so a pending reply never quietly disappears.
Track what still needs doing for each customer or contact without leaving the chat.
Read and reply across languages without leaving the chat window.
Your schedules and notes follow you to another computer you sign into.
Why Wa Web Hero
Made with a few honest rules
Wa Web Hero runs inside your own already-signed-in WhatsApp Web session. Your messages are never sent to our servers to be scheduled or organized.
This schedules messages you write yourself, to contacts you already talk to — not mass campaigns or automated outreach.
Core scheduling and notes keep working after any trial ends, with fair limits — not a countdown to a paywall.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
Does this violate WhatsApp's rules?+
No. Wa Web Hero only schedules messages you write yourself, to contacts you already have — it does not send bulk or unsolicited messages, and it does not automate outreach.
Do you see or store my messages?+
No. Everything runs inside your own browser session. By default, nothing leaves your device — cross-device sync is the only optional feature that stores your data, and only if you sign in.
Do I need a card to try it?+
No. The trial and the free plan both work without a card. You only enter payment details if you choose to subscribe to Premium.
Is Wa Web Hero affiliated with WhatsApp?+
No. Wa Web Hero is an independent browser extension, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms.
How do I cancel?+
Anytime, inside the extension, under Account → My subscription. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Details on our Cancellation and Refunds page.
